So I have decided to write about Politics for this assignment, I 'd figure at least this would be the most interesting time to write about it anyway.
The country is in quite a mess right now with two wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, millions of Americans losing their jobs, and crises in our economy.
With all these problems the country is looking to one man to fix everything, or at the very least do something about them. (He can't do any worse than the guy before him because Bush was always on vacation)
Believe it or not but President Obama has already brought change to this country, not only is he the the first African American to enter the white house, but the first biracial American.
He is also a pop culture phenomenon, he is everywhere from t-shirts, magazine covers, and just recently the Super Bowl when Steelers owner Dan Rooney thanked him during the trophy presentation.
When was the last time the winning team of the Super Bowl thanked a president!
So for the next four months I will be following our President as he tries to fix our country's problems changing one thing at a time.
Dianna: Seems like you can't possibly run out of ideas for blog posts... the stimulus, the lack of support from Republicans, the search for a Commerce secretary (what's up with that?), etc., etc., all the way to the Obamas' dog. You go girl!
